Highlighted Dining Memories

Among the 25 signature dishes, this section will introduce a few that are the most impressive.

"Lick It Up"

Though the 25 courses on menu change every a few months, Lick It Up is one of the settled dishes well-known for its innovation in edible methods and combination with the classic song Lick It Up released in 1983.

Chili Egg Nest

The egg nest looking dish is represented not by the emoji egg🥚, but chili🌶️. The reason for that is because it is the chili sauce stuffing the white chocolate egg that matters. It is also a settled dish.

The nest is so crunchy btw!

Lamb Chop with Lemon Chili

No one can relate the lemon🍋 emoji to lamb chop in the first place. However, Gaggan did. The lemon flavored chili does not conceal the strong smell of lamb, but neutralize it to be a more fresh and pleasant smell.
